I called Christy at Tesoro and wanted,,2 battery doors for the first Bandido,,6 rubber o-rings for the lower shaft,,6 knobs and 4 spring clips which hold the shafts together all for the Bandido..She told me merry christmas from Tesoro and the items will be sent to me free of charge......What can I say except,only a class A company would do this.....

... the Tesoro folks are like that. Family owned business and all.

I've had the same thing happen with the company that makes the green detectors, but I suspect that is starting to fade now with their corporate leanings.

The customer service at Tesoro is the best.

Some people say the their product lineup is getting a little long in the tooth. Maybe so, but they're still excellent detectors.
