Open screen: 2 tone ferrous: high and low beeps

I use Goes4ever TTF program that seems to work for me. All you do is go to Minelab modes and choose the relic mode and load it. Then go to audio and choose 2 tone and load that. Because the relic mode is all ready in ferrous don't worry about that. Now go to edit and and reject 01-31 load that and you are ready. I am very selective about where i use this program. Old homesites with a lot of nails and other iron targets is where this program helps me the most. In my opinion TTF is a waste of time in a public park although some say they have gone to this program all the time. It is a program that will bring music to your ears. Good luck and HH. :minelab:

at what level on the FE scale does it low beep

look at the picture on page 66 of the manual. ferrous 1 through ferrous 17* gives the higher tone. ferrous 17* through ferrous 35 gives the low tone.

* i dont know which tone the exact fe 17 number gives. the picture shows the line right at 17 and i dont use ttf.

The cut off line in TTF is 17!! That is why I dont use it. If anything I use 4 tone Ferrous that pushes the cut off line down to 27.

anytime! The theory of TTF is good but the problem is the cut off line. If you have deep coins the FE will not be 12 but rather 17 or even all the way down to 27 and this you would not dig in TTF.
