pin pointer question

JOHNMARKHAM

New member
i just got my new pinpointer today, looks great, seems to work well just messing around on my bench..my question is this,it came with an instruction boolet that says its a csi pro pointer..whats all this about?? did i get the correct unit?? are there different ones out there??some help here please??:surrender:

yes it looks like that one..just confused by the booklet saying its a csi probe..:clapping:

Those two units are the same. The only difference is the part number and the instruction manual. Contact your dealer. Those Pro-Pointerds "ROCK"

Is it just CSI or is it CSI New York or CSI Miami?

i guess its police version..ownwers manual says; csi crime scene investigator, inside talks about retrieving bullets and cases and doing building searches in walls, nothing at all about what we do with a pin pointer, came in white box with csi pro pointer on end of box, looks just like the above pointer,so ill try it out in csi kissimmee:detecting::thumbup:
ill let you know how it does this weekend..:clapping:
so far just messing around inside i like this probe,it works allot better than the automax i got when i got my detector...:clapping::garrett::minelab:

Contact Melinda at Melinda.Harper@garrett.com and have her send you the correct manual or the whole works if you wish. The units are basically the same. The Pro-Pointer is a redesigned version of their body scanner used in airports, Federal Buildings, the Olympics. etc.

Bill

CSI Kissimmee sounds good to me!:detecting::thumbup:
