pinpoint preference

Hi all, Just wondering what's everyones preference in pinpoint mode?

my preference is to not use it at all. I just wiggle coil back

it is super easy, and you can hear the target your on, works good if there are two close targets

Wiggle and pull backwards as you go - fast and accurate
- I would recommend u also do it crossways for the deep targets
I just love DD coils and dislike fiddling around with pinpoint buttons

I have noticed that trashy "good signals" such as screw tops (12-4X) and squashed aluminum cans literally shreek in pinpoint and coins do not. I dig them anyway because of the good numbers.

I started using the E -Tracs' "Sizing" mode about three or four months ago and I really like it.

Sizing mode seems to do a better job of telling you if it's a coin sized object than the "Normal" pinponting mode.

Like most settings - it's whatever works the best for you.
