Pinpoint to saturate the target

Something i've been doing with my cz's since the mid 90's is on weak signals is to pinpoint and hold it over the target for 2-3 seconds and then scan again, now the weak signal will be clear and you can even raise the coil 2-3" and still get a clear signal..Try it as it works on my gamma also or any machine with a pinpoint.

Interesting info. I'll give it a try. 30 years of detecting and I still have a hell of a time pinpointing:rage:

The reason i do it is to clear up iffy targets..It will make a broke up signal clear so you know if its worth digging..:detecting:
