Probably got my last hunt of the yr in this morning.... so I tried out my brand new x-8 coil..

and put on a brand new sunray pinpointer for the safari also... Went back one more time to the "old meadow " thats been so good to me in the past.. Wasn't sure if any good thing s would be found but surprise, surprise, there was.... The x-8 proved its mettle by pulling out 6 wheats and a 43 merc..from about 6-7 inches down...all with a really strong signal!!! Should be able to see alot deeper for sure...

Weather is turning nasty for the rest of the week... so this may be it till spring... The safari really delivered this yr... Silver totals were way up, ( both coins and jewelery ) and wheatys galor.. found close to 60 this season..

Will keep hitten it if the weather changes

GREAT! And you will find targets deeper than that. How did you like that Sun-Ray probe? I remember the first time I flipped the switch on mine. The only people that don't like the probe have'nt used one. I myself don't notice the extra weight. That is a killer combination you have there. And you probably already know this but on deep targets hit pin-point and your probe will save you a lot of time. Congratulations on your finds. Thanks for posting. HH :minelab:
