The pouch is a yes, not sure on the harness..Because it has not been a good seller in the past. It was when Doc's first released them 2004ish.

Its a pouch/ bag which the spare battery pack slides into to protect it from knocks which may cause damage

My Et had one from new and still looks new (excepting the coil skid plate)
The screen cover are also good, better than Minelabs I think

Glad to see a U.S. dealer, I ordered mine in the UK but it still got here almost as fast as US orders. I really like mine and keeps my E-Trac looking clean and good!
