Question about resetting F75LTD back to out of the box settings.

Sorry about this question I am sure it has been asked a million times ! For resetting my F 75 back to
out of the box settings I push menu button and at same time pust the trigger away from me. Then while
doing that I then turn machine on. When I do that 7.6 comes on the screen once I let go of the button
and trigger the 7.6 goes away and LE is replaced. Then shortly after that LE goes away leaving a blank screen.
The discrim is highlighted , sens is 60 disc . level is 15 , notch is 1 , # of tones is 3 and process is set on de.
Is this all correct ? When I read the booklet I thought it said the level should be 10. I feel that my detector
hasn't been operating correctly that is why I would like this answered . Please :clapping:

Sounds like your machine is perfect Sir .. 15 disc was deemed to be a better iron elimination setting at preset factory start up. Happy hunting !!!

The 7.6 is the version hardware you have. The SE is the model you have.

Elton JRGTWOCREEK is not a Sir she is a Mam! Now she will get responses. Like Elton said your machine sounds like it is fine. Just keep hunting and adjusting and you will find a set-up that works for you. Don't hesitate to bring your questions to the forum. Someone has usually had some of the same experiences and you will get your problems solved. HH

You stated you thought your machine was not operating properly .Can you tell us more about that feeling you have... Why do you think it isn't working correctly ???????????
