Question about the AT-MAX wireless headphones.

Hi.
Just wondering if anyone out there has used the headphone adapter on their AT-MAX for a wired headphone system vs. the wireless ones. Is there any difference in the tones and target recovery using each one. Thinking of getting one for a back- up if my wireless batteries run out.

My detector quits before my headphones every time. I have found wired headphones sucked power from the detector quiker because it has to power the speakers electrically from it's own battery. Wireless is just a signal.

The adapter works just fine. No delay. I keep a set of Garrett MS 2 HPs for back up. I have never had to use them. The MS 3 wireless start flashing at 3 hours run time left.
