Can you use any wireless headphones with the VX 3?

If a wireless headphone has a transmitter that you can plug into the headphone jack, yes it will work but if you want to use the built-in wireless system, you will have to use the White's headset designed for the job.

if u get the phones that use "kleer" technology there is no delay. However I love My whites headphones, and if I bought a unit without I would definitely invest in them

I don't think I've ever seen a used set for sale , people tend to hang on to them .
