Quick after work hunt..3 silver..2 Indians

Redeemed myself tonite after a whole weekend without silver.

BadJim and I Knocked on a door, and asked permission the guy said his son detected it two months ago but we were free to try it. Gotta love a challenge!

I got ten wheats... two Indians, 1892 and 1905...a 1958 silver Rosie, a sterling ring and a blazing 1926 SLQ, first one this season for me, cut the plug, flipped it over and it was right on top of the dirt staring back at me!
I'm guessing his son didn't have an etrac....lol

craziest thing is, I found MORE tonite in 2.5 hours than I did in almost 20 hours over the weekend....all it takes is one good yard!

Great finds for a shorter hunt - and a later type SLQ with a clear date - congrats !

great hunt Terry ! That SLQ is sweet. And you are right, all it takes is the right yard and I just got permission for 2 old homes, one built in 1870 and the other in 1893 and they look good !

Terry: Awesome!! Still waiting to get a stander!!! Keeps eluding me. Going to an 1898 home tonight...Maybe just maybe. Great finds once again. Congrats.

I just found a SLQ and it didn't have a date and that's the 2nd one I have found with no date...your SLQ is sweet, and I can see the Date, Congrats!

Finding a nice SLQ with a date will make up for the silver slump. Nice Injuns & Rosie and that's a cool ring too

i don't know why i have never found a SLQ found barbers and plenty of washingtons. I don't get it. Very nice finds...someday i guess it will happen. My dad has been detecting for over 30 years and never got a walker, then today i took him to one of my spots and he pops out two in one hunt all i got was pennies lol.
