Quickmask Vs Smartfind screens...?:confused:

I am NOT looking for "what is the difference between the two?" but rather I am looking for a more technical answer as to what is going on differently INSIDE the machine between the two.

Given a wide open screen in both, with the settings the same in preferences and mode and just switching between Smartfind and Quickmask what difference will I see in depth or target sounds/response/FeCo numbers?
