Need your help again, this brass ram's head is about 4" high, not sure if it is Hindu or from a chess set??

I wonder if it would of been the center piece of a windchime. Otherwise Dr.Jones mount it on a staff and see where the sunlight shines through it. You might find the Arc of the Covenant.
 
Looks like 5 places to hang tassels. Maybe a flag staff finial? The hole towards the bottom may be for securing with a pin.
 
Not a rams head, a water buffalo head. So likely of Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Bhutan, or Thailand origin.
 
Four for tassels and the top one is where the flag line went.
