How in the world did you get out and do real time testing and put in the hours on this machine without getting busted out by another detectorist? Did you have to wrap it up in a burlap sack? :detecting: I think that would be harder to do than holding in all the information you know about the machine after your finished testing it.

I recall speaking to someone who was selling it over here in Australia a few years ago, that the Explorer 2 they were selling was in an Explorer 1 looking detector.
I guess you are obliged , as a tester , to be really discreet as to where and when you are to use one. That's pretty easy to do...........just avoid anyone and pick your site and times..

He was wearing a orange coat and had both grasstrimmer sound and chainsaw sound on an ipod.

That way you can detect where no man have detected before uou.
