Remote control problem with charging

Good evening
I have a problem with my Deus. When I connect it to charge the remote, it does not show any signs. He can not even get ON. Not working :( What is it, somebody knows?
 
I tried.
But it does not show the battery icon at all. And it does not charging. It all started when I wanted to charge the remote controll battery, and the detector itself turned on, and then the UPLOAD button was on. Thereafter a "dead screen" appears. I apologize for spelling mistakes! :)
 
Have you tried another charger? I don't know if you have let the charge get too low or not, perhaps if you plug it in and wait for 30 minutes to see if it will take enough charge to get a battery symbol. I think you should call Moe at 800 446 0244 he will be the best option for help I know of.

I tried with another charger, nothing happened. The charger was plugged in for more than two hours and nothing happened. The battery symbol was not shown. There is no sign on the screen, after it was written UPLOAD.
 
Try to plug it into your PC and see if anything comes up on the screen. You may possible be able to re update it to get everything back
 
I had similar problem with my remote last year when I tried to do the 4.1 beta update. The remote was froze in the "update" made...nothing would work. I had to send it in to get it repaired. Luckily the unit was still under warranty and they repaired it for free. Only took about a week here in the states. Hope this info helps you out.

I connected the remote control to PC, and nothing happened. The computer does not recognize the device, because it can not be turned on.
Happiness, which is under the warranty of the device still, so I will send it to service.
The only problem is that I am from Serbia, and the only service is in Austria, so I have to send the appliance to Austria. :(

I'll tell you what happened.
