Got by the old football field for a couple of hours this afternoon but good targets were hard to come by. I did manage to scratch out a pristine 1942 Merc and a 1952D Roosie along with 2 Wheats. One is a 1948D and the other is the most corroded wheat I've ever found. You can barely make out Lincoln's profile when you wet it but that's all. Both dimes came in heavy trash with the Merc about 7" deep and the other about 5". Good afternoon.
