Saturday it was blowing cold and snowing again, I hit a totlot and found one of these little rings, then a mile a way I found the other in the dirt of a field. They are both the same size and make and identical cheap little 925's with the row of stones...Sunday was fairly uneventful, clad, but I did get a classic beavertail signal in centerfield, and was surprised to see a gold tone medallion come up from the dirt, its a fake unfortunately...I got sent on an errand today and stopped at that park where I found the merc last week, second target was this 1960 Rosie! 5" deep, and on edge...had to use the FPoint to find it!
Also got a 37 and a 19 wheat there too! Theres a little area in this park where I have found now 3 silver dimes in the last few years, two of them being this week alone...I am running 67 sens now...and really paying attention to those tiny pings in this area. Guess now that I somewhat know what I am doing I can re-hunt all my old spots for silver?..The weather is really hot now, 60's...I had to turn on the AC coming home, and even had to take off my stocking hat while hunting today...head was sweating like a beer can! Hmmm...beer, that's the ticket by cracky!
Hope you all are getting some dirt time in!

Sure I know you F75 guys like to run at a 99 sens...I'm working up to that slowly...Technically speaking, everybody knows the F70 is much hotter than the 75, has something to do with the power for having the backlight on the screen you old guys seem to need being diverted to the circuitry...If I try to run any hotter, I find myself picking up the planes landing in Beijing, and once I was even tracking Haley's comet when I cranked it up to 80..a real chattery annoyance! F75's were made specifically for old guys who want to hunt slowly in the top 5", gently stooping every now and then to pull a shallow silver.. The F70 was developed as a military weapon that would melt the armor plate off a Russian tank in Kyrgestan if fully opened up any where above 90...so I am trying to be a responsible detectorist and not start a global conflict...If one day I do get the notion to try to beat your finds this year, I would have to buy a pair of lead undershorts and rent a backhoe to follow me around. Until then, I will be content stabbing pennys and accidentally tripping across a silver dime or ring, running low sens, with the coil swinging waist level, or even just driving by a park and waving it out the window.
