Hi, found this rock many years ago, could you hazard a guess what the material is, just not sure if
a real rock or man made. Feels heavy like most rocks, any way to know if cement?

As you may note in picture it is dug out in the center with a drain slot over the side, that's all I know.

Just from the picture I would say it might be a native american artifact called a discoidal. If so, a very nice find.
