I am a mac user who bummed an old HP laptop. The software loaded and started fine. I have just one question for now. How do I load a program I download from the internet onto the software? I saved the file, but I cannot figure it out even after reading the user's guide. When you explain, remember this is xChange 2 for dummies.

Rookie XChange 2 Question

Open Windows explore (right click "start" in XP then explore. In Win 7 you will see the folder icon at the bottom of the screen). Then navigate to where you downloaded the file to and double click on it to start the installation. If you don't know where you saved it, download it again and make note of the location where it is being copied.

After connecting the ctx to the exchange 2 software for the first time you should have a new FILE tab. This tab should allow you to export and import programs into and out of the exchange 2 software.
