Those are drop dead gorgeous! How do I get full size maps, and rough cost thereof?

Sorry,I have no idea on that one!
I did notice you can make the map as large as possible,then right click on it
and save image as!
 
Select the state.
Select the city.
Select the date.
LEFT click on the thumbnail map and a window with the map with pop up. The third line from the top give you choices of "Close Window", "Download Map", "Print Current View".
Click on "Downland Map". Now just "save as" or click on the disc icon to save the file as a PDF to you hard drive.
