I don't have one yet, but from what I have read about them, they are very good machines.
I plan on getting one sometime this year to use on the saltwater beaches.
Being a PI detector, they have no discrimination circut so you have did every signal.

Supposed to be one of the best choices if you're going to detect in saltwater. But, as mentioned above, it's a dig it all detector.

I love mine, it works better than the infinium which was a great machine, it seems to be lighter and it balances out better with the controls under the elbow. Last recovery was a very thin 14k woman's ring with three tiny diamonds on it and it was down about 12" it just barely broke the threshold sound, which you will get use to very quickly.
Another very nice thing is the way the control box snaps on the shaft, just push in on the buttons and it pops off, also when taking the batteries out you can release two buttons and it will swivel down to open up. It has no discrimination but unless you have a lot of trash and metal on your beach you will be digging everything anyway.
If i get a signal there is something there, just keep digging, i have never had a false signal with this machine.
I went with the 10" coil and it works great. Life time warrantee and the company is great to work with.

I purchased one because I live close to salt water. I have been very happy with this detector. Great for salt or fresh water beaches.
