School field keeps giving!

Good morning all! School yard in CT keeps giving up the goods. Found with Mx sport. Ring came up as zinc Lincoln - VDI 69, I wasn't going to dig it! Cross came up as low VDI 10. I keep reading on here dig everything, so now I will follow those instructions. It paid off!!!

Good advice...dig everything....but only when you can. In a really trashy park it is near impossible to dig everything and some times counter productive. I've found school yards to be significantly less trashy than parks...especially picnic-type parks were food is grilled and beers swilled. In school yards I have dug everything with good results.

Nice haul! Some gold and some silver!

Yes, I using the stock coil. Had the settings at 4 sensitivity and 5 threshold in coin and jewelry mode. Those settings seem to work just fine in the CT soil! My max find on those settings was a mercury dime at 6 - 7 inches.
