Seated or Barber....will unveil in a few min.

Dug this silver a couple of hours ago out of some of the nastiest soil ever.It was in burnt iron and cinders and was about 5" deep.Could only pinpoint with the wiggle method as in pinpoint mode I would get a loud blast for a good 2 square feet surrounding the hit.Gonna go clean her up and see.......
PS I have found both barber and seated at this tiny Liberal park Harold:thumbup:

very slightly worn Seated with a thick grey crust on her.Now if I could clean her up without destroying her I will be surprised.

try electrolysis, I have used it a few times on silver now for 30 seconds and rinsed, then repeated 4 times, and it removes gunk without making it shiny, looks natural.

Great job on the unveiling Ray! Thanks for the picture. Did you have a sneakin' suspiscion it was seated??

Great find Ray!! I have a question for you and anyother who care to chime in:I've noticed through the several years you have had the Etrac, that you have found many a, coins especially silver stained by iron,(I have dug a few myself ), have you ever dug one with a one direction ,L to R, or R to L minelab wiggle. These type of signals in my soil are alway iron only. Appreciate any comments!! HH EddieB
