There is video on etrac forum( SEF 6x8 local park hunt) I have hunted for over year with 6x8 and this looks like one of my typical hunts.I have same soil he is hunting in.I have been trying to tell what a big difference the 6x8 is over pro coil to Safari users.I do not have the video talent Bill has.I find lots of old coins with Iron touching or on top of every hunt.Watch this video it will answer a lot of questions about true potential of 6x8 on Safari. Now if could just find more time to hunt.

Hey Prep - Thanks for sharing the SEF info. (Bill's video- http://www.findmall.com/read.php?63,1594691)
I only have the pro coil, but judging from the not-so-trashy site Bill was filming, I think the pro coil would've sniffed out that Barber too, as I really slow down my hunt, when trash is starting to build up.

I have always been a big fan of the smaller coils. I have been using a 6" EXcelerator EQ 2 Pro coil on my Quattro with great success with simular results in the video. I was amazed by how many older coins I found were masked by the iron and other metal junk. Definity worth aquiring a smaller coil.
