I went back to my spot I've been to on my last three hunts after work yesterday. The skies cleared up after the rain we got all day and made for a nice evening to be out. The grass is getting tall down in the field but I still managed to pull out a Merc, a Buffalo & a War Nickel. I was running in TTF mode with the 13" Ultimate coil and digging any signal that would repeat. The Merc was down about 8"-9" and it was not a big signal. I sure was hoping for deep silver when I cut my plug. The signals are thinning out down there. I haven't spent a lot of time next to the old school because it's very trashy and has a lot of coal in the ground that may be messing with the signals. I worked a spot on top of the hill close to the side entrance and got a real iffy signal with a lot of iron mixed in and I was happy to see the Barber dime roll out of the hole. It was a very nice way to end the day and I'm definitely going to have to take my time with a smaller coil and go around the building to see what else is hiding there. HH David
