Silver Merc, Silver Rosie and a Silver Ring

Got out for a short hunt this morning before it got too hot.
Managed to find three keepers from an area that was totally
new. Also dug several wheat cents and a bunch of clad coins.

Thanks Mark.... just a little bit of warm water and some diah soap
with a fine bristle tooth brush. When they look good out of the ground,
it doesn't take much to make them pretty. G.N.

You say you got these from a New Site. If you don't mind me asking, what sits here at this site making you think it's new? If there is Oldies there, then something sat there before this so there could be more goodies waiting to be found here. I would try it again and see if you come up with more finds since there are Wheats and Silver there. Congrats on some nice looking Silver there! That Merc is STUNNING! Thanks for the reply James........
The new site is in an older part of the city where we haven't
done very much detecting. Some of the "older" houses had
been torn down and apartments were built in their places. I was
lucky enough to find the Merc dime about 6 inches deep and about
6 inches off the sidewalk. The Rosie was about 15 feet from the Merc
and about 4 inches deep. And yes, I will be going back to that area.
