"Sleigh Bells Ring are you listening"

A matching set of old Bells & a large old copper nail. found the old bells about 5 foot away from each other. The one bell still has a piece of leather strap attached.

Cool! I doubt i would find those in GA.

lt always makes me wonder how those crotal bells get lost:confused:. I always wonder if the animal died somewhere in the vicinity of the bells? I guess the leather strap just rots over time and they fall of?

You know how horses are..they are always stomping around, biting each other, kicking, bucking and brawling, in the traces or not, they dont care,...its a wonder we dont find more than we do...those damn things will kill a guy...I dont know how folks got to town and back alive back in the day...I had to ride and repair fence out in WY on some ranches with their horse stock...the one I got was named 'Hurricane', I showed him my shoulder holstered .357 and told him what I planned to do with it if he acted up, he didnt care...as far as I know, he's still bucking fence boys off and stomping them down into that Wyoming dirt every chance he gets!.:a quad is much easier to control, and wont bite or run off on a guy either...rofl:..Nice finds MM!:clapping:
