Slump Over?

Haven't posted in a while, I've been in a slump for a while not able to find anything old. Seems I go through this for about a month then I break out. Well I broke out of my slump just a little bit. I revisited a spot where I've had luck before & worked real slow. Even though its a really beat 188x Indian Head penny I'll take it, also found a bit of silver with this Merc. Also an old Sterling Ring

Found this unknown large copper today, think it may be a Large Cent was reading like a LC, but there's nothing left to ID it

nICE stuff like the ring I've been slumping lately too-my post was just before yours--had a good time the other day----went out today---3- wheats was all i could find---I've been a little lazy lately and really need to knock on some doors---I had a few spots that after a slow day i could hit for an hour or so and usually go home with something--but lately those seem to be exhausted--just like i was today-- after 5 hrs OF DETECTING--best of luck out there---looking for those needles in haystacks--Tony AZ:crazy:

Congrats M2. Might try electrolysis on the LC,monitoring the process every few minutes then brush, repeat. I've done that on some really corroded LCs that didn't have dates, but was able to tell in what period it was produced. GL
