I finally got a decent day to do some detecting. The snow finally melted and the ground thawed. I was feeling a bit rusty but my first hole turned out to be a merc. I managed to take some video but I didn't bring a tri-pod and not being used to my new camera the video lacked something to be desired. So I'll just post some pics instead.

Good stuff John. Nice way to start the season. Congrats!

We had 7 inches a week ago last Friday, it was all gone over the weekend from the rain. Now we are getting it again and may get another 7 or so inches tonight through tomorrow morning.
I am so ready for some warm sunshine.

I keep air testing and dreaming. No snow today in Dallas just a wind chill of 10 to 15. After the soaking yesterday I'll stay inside where it's warm.
