So... here is what I did two days back..

I have had most meats.. moose, elk, beef [we raise our own on the farm],bison, etc. Of all the meat that we eat, I prefer moose, followed very closely by bison. If a moose is prepared correctly, there is no dryness at all..... in fact, it is really moist and tender with no gamey taste at all.

I have given a bunch of this moose away.... neighbours, my kids, etc.. Everyone has been enjoying it.
