Some E-Trac gold

Nice load of gold for sure. From the responses in this thread, we can all see "we" are looking for something repeatable.......TID wise. It's very apparent this dog will hunt just most of us don't know how to lead it. We paid for the most discrimating detector there is and use it that way to the fullest to keep from having to dig so much stuff. It will find gold, it always has been able to find gold but, we look for something different. Two tone ferrous should solve the mystery of finding gold for a lot of us. I just really love that multi tone sound! Great job on mastering the gold barrier man. Looks like you visited the end of the rainbow:minelab::thumbup:
 
Very good finds lots of work with greats finds.I always avoided these areas with plastic play ground equipment but thanks to your posts I went out yesterday in the snow not with my minelab older detector had laying around to very fancy tot lot as you call them near naperville,IL.I did no digging did not even have knife on me found 2 broken gold chains and men's wristwatch ,several dollars in clad, 3 sets of keys. The kids are pulling parents jewelery off when they pick them up.The rings are coming off when they put gloves on and off heck this is as good as beach 35 years of hunting was right in front off me I only hunted 2 hours got snow in control housing going to buy window plastic shrink kit today put over my detector.My daughter lives in Wichita they have lined up me some old houses for me hunt will be going there in couple weeks temps in the 40's will feel like Florida compared to Illinois.
