Something old, and something "UGLY"

Something ugly first:blowup: The Canadian "pooper" youngsters. The larger they get, the more ugly and mean they are. The group in this pic were actually trying out their "hissing" at me:starwars:. The next group of photos are of a friend of mine's 1963 Impala SS. A few years of total restoration, a very expensive paint job, motor swap and beefed up. 350 ci. producing a little over 500 hp. full race cam, his idle is turned up a bit so it doesn't stall at traffic lights (and he doesn't have to keep foot on accelerator). He asked me at church yesterday if I had my camera with me, I told him that was a silly question:rolleyes:. So after services were over, the "shoot" was on! Took only 3 pics, only one was "shopped," contrast was lightened a bit do to shadows on body. It will be the first pic of the car. There are 5 different colors blended together with some pearl added to make this beautiful custom color. The license plate on the front bumper says " Chet and Dumplin's ride" His name is Chester and he calls his wife Dumplin'. They have been married 55 years and both are lifetime NRA members:yo:. Anyway, enjoy the fruits of my shoot........

Nice pictures too! I recognize the geese. You said they hissed at you? It will be just a matter of time and they will try to bite people. Thanks for sharing. Kelley (Texas) :)

Very nice Car , in my life time I owned a 64 and a very nice 65 Chevy ,didn't worry much about them back then I was fresh from the service and running wild in my 20"s . Both of mine were red convertibles sure would like to have them back now I also had a 1965 purple ford Mustang Convertible back in those years . We are having a lot of young Geese here in Missouri now also they turn out pretty after such a ugly beginning . Very nice pictures. Good Job

Beautiful pictures of the Chevy! "Mother Goose" is protecting her young. I grew up on a farm with these birds and they are very protective of their young. Try to grab for one of her young and that momma goose will give you a beatin' lol. I have been bitten by them and feels like someone pinching you in the arm. There is more "Bark" then bite with them. Yes, they do poop quite a bit lol
