I remember reading a thread on some forum where a guy was wanting to buy another guitar , or another detector , or another fishing rod , ..........something that he wanted that he already had too many of ......He was asking others guys on the forum how they approached it ...... Everybody was speaking of how they would lie to their wives or come up with some story or other , or keep their toy at their buddies house , etc ......Then towards the end of the thread one guy said ....." Heck , I just go out and buy the damn thing , and pay the piper when the time comes .....I find that it's easier to ask forgiveness , than it is to ask permission !! " .....
