Southern California Ghost towns successes and finds?

Goldstrike

Well-known member
First time poster on this particular forum and very happy it's up and running!
I live in the San Bernardino area of Southern California and would love to know what ghost towns in this area you have personally detected and what have you found?...your best items?
I'm primarily a beach hunter, also I detect parks and suburban areas mostly but want to venture further out into the deserts around here.
I am also very interested in caches found, gold dust or nuggets or coins etc;.
With the many bank and stagecoach robberies that have happened over the years, there still has to be much to be detected so please share your experiences with the ghost towns here in the SoCal area. I'm always happy to share tips and contacts that I have as well!! H.H.

There defntely r ghost towns in the desert over there, just gotta research and find them ii guess. gl
