Soverign xs-2

Frank, great depth, very stable, one of the best coin, ring, beach detectors.Battery pack system is lacking, but very simple to scrap the battery pack and wire for the older battery setup. Most like the XS2 a great detector. HH Ron

If you are new to a Sovereign it takes a little to get used to it with the different tones and slow sweep speed, but be patient as it gets easier as you use it and will find good items others leave behind.

I use the Older Model Minelab X S -2 a Pro and it is still working Great. I had both of my old sealed battery pack re-built by Interstate Battieries for a Very Great Price, plus got to use a Coupon from the Internet. My new batteries now have more miliamps, but takes about 12 hours to re-charge.goldnugget-Charlotte,N.C.

I really like my Sovereign GT. It is like using my Excalibur which is why I got it. I was already used to the sounds and way it works.
