Speaking of updates

I did the Apex update last week and during download it locked up and “bL” shows up on apex machine and computer says download failed. I called garrett the next day ans was told to send it in and there would be a charge to get it running again. Machine is just over two years old and besides after thinking about it I wondered why should i have to pay bc of the softward download error that caused it to lock up. So I began to google and found a little feedback to remove the back and unplug the battery. I did just that and let it sit over night. Did just that and put it back together and it’s back online and up and running. No problems so far but i am afraid to try the update again. Anyone else have the problem?

I would not be surprised at all if Garrett fixed it at no charge anyway. They are the best Customer Service out there.
