What a night tonight I asked permission at a new house this afternoon and they said sure but please show us what you find. The house is a Toll House that was built in 1771 and has been a Inn and a old time tavern and they say that the locals mustered in the yard for the rev war.So the hole place is a WoW.Right off the bat I hit a real nice colonial button then about 20mins later I hit the smooth coin in the picture I can see the guy on the coin facing right and can see very poorly 173? so I was realhappy with it then it got better.Next was the 1787 CT Copper in pretty good shape. Then it got even better the last coin before dark is the British coin dated 1723 I havent looked it up yet for what it is but it is my new oldest coin by 12years so a great night out tonight and can't wait to go back.I did find the normal amout of junk which I took with me and disposed of.

Todd, thems some oldies!! I would have had a hard time leaving. What did the home owners have to say about the finds?
