struck big gold today whooooo hoooo!!!!!!!

Hey all I went out with my kids today and got permission to hunt this ladies house and out by the old flower garden bam the smaller ring ,,next target also a nickel toneboom ring # 2 the ruby looking one is 10k 3.0 grams, and the diamond looking one is marked mc 14k and is 6.3 grams my heart almost stopped, wonder what they are worth just in gold?, and wondering how to tell if the stones are real. any info would be great none the less i got a heck of a thrill finding them you can just tell when its real gold...
