Friend got a used V3 not a V3i and who ever programed it really screwed it up can you do a whole reset on all of the programs..we tried to load on program from the library coin and jewelry and it was all messed up also.

The program from the library you loaded could have been screwed up but all the original programs are there as from the factory. You can't change or reprogram the original programs. You can load a program he saved to the library. Check carefully, the original programs are there.
