Even with all that. Guys I couldn't think of a better thing to do than being out there with my F70 digging up coins. Here is hunt #72. Thanks for reading.....Z :detecting:

Ya man, I can smell way down here. Good hunt....nice bunch of those 25 pennies in 1 coins. HH jim tn

Good finds Z. I went to Seattle on sunday hunted all day could barely move Monday got about 6 bucks in change, best find was at a garage sell on the way to a park got a sterling silver Gorham creamer and sugar bowl for 7.50 got them home and looked them up value 257.50 :yikes: Score !!! HH Stryker

As long as the wife doesn't want to burn your clothes while your still wearing them! Just about ready to change out the batteries yet?

Thanks Jim. Wife made me take a bath in the water trough and than I could come in the house. I have been finding a lot of quarters the last few hunts and that is good because I no longer have to dig 120 coins to end up with $1.20. :bouncy:
Thanks Stryker now my wife will have me going to rummage sales on my way to detecting looking for crap.
Mud, she has enough ideas now don't give her anymore...
Thanks guys. It was such a great day to be out there yesterday. just enjoyed the heck out of it. :detecting: HH.....Z

Hey Z, I know about the wife and bath thing. I just came in hot and sweaty from a 4 hour hunt a little bit ago and after putting my stuff away, said I was going to take a dip in the pool. My wife said, "shower first, I don't want to swim in contaminated water." Guess what I did first? HH jim tn

I guess I am lucky...........mine 'asks' me if I want to shower..........and 'offers' to wash the grubbies. It offends her nature to have anything that dirty in the house. And the halacious sunburn I got two weeks ago burned my skin, not red, but brown/black. If you want it to heal fast, get a tube of zinc oxide. Its that white stuff you see on lifeguards noses. Zinc is a well known effective skin healer. Not a pain killer. Apply it for 3 days.
Plus the stuff is really cheap as far as skin ointments go. A tube lasts forever. Great for also quickly healing skin wounds/abrasions.

Thanks guys for replies, more than I thought. Thanks again.
Jim maybe your wife is right about the pool. How many times when your down digging and you look over and there is droppings from geese, dogs, rabbits and ????? I think, wow my immune system must really be working because I am still alive. I am digging in this stuff and I go home feeling better than I have felt in years. Good sunshine, air, crap? And I am told to stay away form all of this? You figure it out? I know I can't wait to get out there again and dig in the dirt. Maybe the parks and other places are off limits because we are breaking the mold of fear and getting back down to touching the earth and sun again?
Jmaryt thanks and I have been in the dog house many times. After 39 years with the same woman. As mud said as long as she doesn't burn me with my clothes on and I bet after all these years that thought has occurred to her a few times?
Terra it maybe my castle but she tells me where to sit in it. Thanks for the sunburn info. I use something very different. Willard Water.. One 6oz. bottle makes 6 gallons. Put it in a spray bottle and spray on the burn, wound or? and pain is gone. You have to spray again and again but it works great. Been using it for years. Oh, I should say it keeps the woman away too, or maybe it could be ugly and chubby that does that?
Thanks guys...HH.....Z
