Found a few more coins and items again and plan on going back to a new hot spot next Saturday. First, Here is a pic of 10 Wheats dated 1910,1917,1918-d,1929-d,1930-d,1934-d,1939,1942-s,1944,and 1946-d.[attachment 23996 Wheats.png] Next I found a well worn Buffalo Nickel that had a some-what visible date on it (1917). I figured this would give me the chance to show everyone what the acid for Nickels does to bring back the dates on them. Here is the pic of before.[attachment 23997 BuffaloNickelBefore.png] Here is after.[attachment 23998 BuffaloNickelAfter.png] Also found on Sunday was a Indian Head Penny (1909) and a Barber Quarter (1903-s). In Saturday's post I mentioned that all I needed to find now was a Barber Quarter and I guess I filled the order on that one. "Sixth Sense, right Rick(ND)!" Here is the fronts.[attachment 23999 IndianHeadandBarberQuarterFront.png] And here is the backs.[attachment 24000 IndianHeadandBarberQuarterBack.png] I also managed to find a Silver Ring and a Silver Earring. The Ring is on edge to show the detail of it.[attachment 24002 SilverRingonedgeandSilverEarring.png]
