TAKING OUT THE STINKING ZINCOLNS FROM THE 1-10 PATTERN

OK folks... reports of too many zincolns hitting the 1-10 pattern so for those who don't want to mess with them I took a lot of them out of the pattern....
Also opened the window for wheat cents so at least you have a chance of coming home with a wheatie. Better than getting skunked !
It is too hot right now to go hunting and come home with nothing, so here it is for you to try if you want to.
Set the response to smooth and give it a shot to see how it really hits on targets with these revised 1-10 pattern settings.

did take this out for a 2- 1/2 hour test today....did not dig one zincoln the whole hunt....So yes ...we got the zinc out.

Last week I dug up a zinc that read nickel. Didn't even know that was possible.

A thin gold ring I found at the beach rings up as a zinc... I think I'll keep digging them unless it is somebody's nicely manicured lawn.

thx for the pattern!

yes...some silver nickels will read in the zinc range and some say gold also....I have found only 6 gold rings ....5 were below the nickel range....and 1 read a 30-32 .....
But I have dug Hundreds of zinc's just to get 6 rings ????.....I will disc the zincs......so far I haven't hit one in the zinc range....and no beach anywhere close to me .....
Trash to treasure matters more to me.
