Taking pictures of bats..............

If you would like to photograph bats, please take a look at the information on the link below, "How to photograph bats in your back yard" by Bill Bouton. I was surprised to find out that bats will feed at your hummingbird feeder. Now I am thinking about mounting a bat house on one of the eves of the house, and maybe take a picture or two of some bats this summer. Kelley (Texas) :)

Just remember bats make a lot of guano and it falls out the bottom of the bat house. If the guano gets on a painted surface, it is gonna damage it. It is better to mount the house on a pole a short distance away from any structures.
