Shout out to Brian and customer service at Minelab! If any of you remember, about two weeks ago, I was having trouble with my stock coil and was looking to purchase another one. I received some GREAT advice from one of our fellow CTX'ers - a Vendor - who suggested I contact Minelab and advise them of my circumstances. Short story - I am a military service member in Tokyo Japan - not easy to ship anything. Sent Minelab a message regarding my coil issue and they responded in less than 24 hours. When it was all said and done, Brian replaced my nearly 2 year old coil for FREE under warranty and did not require me to send back in the defective coil due to shipping challenges. Like many other CTX owners, my detector has been sent back for warranty work one time and this coil issue just surfaced out of the blue. On both occasions, Minelab was very responsive and provided first rate service. I could not be more satisfied....lifelong customer here.
