Called White's this morning and found out that I have a bad coil on my new Vision and they are sending me a new coil today. BOY WHAT SERVICE. THANKS AGAIN WHITE'S.

Glad to hear they will take care of it as should be - what was it doing?

Lots of false signals. when you touched the coil it would sound off. Any way White's figured it was the coil and said they would send a new one out TODAY. I have never had that fast a service in 40yrs with any other detector company.

Hi Roy...was it in all programs or just a few?.. Mine sounds off in the salt beach program and I'm unable to ground balance it with any confidence that it worked. In GB, there's a scratchy signal, not the nice even hum. I'm on my way to Connecticut with it but will definitely check with my distributor upon my return. Hope I get the same service that you received. Jim

I'm sure they will. It didn't take long for him to understand my problem. I tried mine on the coin mode only. it would bounce all over the place.

Roy: I called my distributor and I'm going to his shop on Tuesday to get fitted for a new coil. I'll be happy to have a whole detector, good coil and all for this hunt up in Connecticut. We start on Weds and end on Sunday. Tks again. Regards and HH, Jim
