At least it did for me this morning. After my 3030 Buddy dug 4 silvers yesterday to my ZERO, I must admit to thinking maybe there is something to this weight factor.
Never the less, we were back at it this morning at the same old park and I guess it was my turn. Although he did have a silver Rosie in his water bottle when I left to do some "honey do's." My first silver was the 38 Washington. I had gotten a bouncy high dime numbers reading and knew it wasn't deep. Dug it and it was a clad dime from about 3." Just for kicks, rescanned the hole and got another high tone hit. After removing another 3" of dirt, found myself starring and a silver Washington in the clod, a 1938. Not to long after I got a Merc, which turned out to be a 1943. My 3rd silver for the morning was the 54d Rosie and it was totally on edge at about 4". About five feet away I got a shallow dime reading and that turned out to be the 925 marked silver ring. Right near the end of the hunt I dug the 4th silver coin for the day. Another 43 Merc. 1 of the Merc's, however is a s mint. Also got 2 wheats, a 50d and 54. At one point this morning my Buddy called me over to check a target. He said it was showing 8" on his CTX. My A T hit it nicely and bounced a little in the quarter range. He dug it and it turned out to be a clad quarter from about 7 1/2 to 8." Depending on the direction I was swinging, my A T was reading 8" to 10." HH jim tn

Good to hear how the Pro stacks up against the CTX just for comparison on that deep Q...I have not tried my Pro on the dirt yet...with the exception of sand, getting curiouser and curiouser about it for the dirt work and may give it a go this Fall...just an amazingly great week you have had with that thing!
