The Barber Will See You Now

I knew there had to be at least one Barber at my Money Tree, also found this token I thought I had nailed my 2nd LC till I seen the writing across the back. also an old Campaign Pin from Hoover. Also a 194x, 1944 & 1955 Wheatie. Was told this Token is called a Spinner Token, it has the nub on the back & the Arrow on the front, I guess it was an early Drinking game, spin it to see who buys the next round of drinks.
