I had some free time today so I went to a site I had written off my list. It is a site where they used to have horse races in the 1800's.
I decided to give it one more try because I simply felt "something" had to be there.
I found this half there, although not from the 1800's it is the first half I ever have found.
I also found this buckle and would appreciate any information anyone may have on it. It reads Pat, Dec 16, 1879.

Congratulations on the Walking Liberty Half. I think they are the best looking US coin ever minted. Can't help you on the buckle but agin, great finds.

Have fun, Bob
