General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I moose57 had som computor issues.My computor was down and not working and there for I could not log on to findmall to answer any e-mails.Now any of you guy's out there know I am very honest and I always try my best to stay in touch with you.I have no reason to treat you any other way.Alot of you know who I am if I say i'm having a
problem you can beleive me for it has to pretty darn bad if I can't get back to you I have a good reputataion on findmall.And for you yowow#1 I just happen to have
computor problems at the time of this transaction.Now that everything is back up and running it should go easier from now on,that is just part the electronic age we live in
thing happen and not me or you can control that.And there was no need for name calling..
 
Moose 57, I don't know the particulars of your dealings, but we all can learn a lesson from your misfortunes. I always include a telephone number and ask for a phone number when I make a deal. A quick phone call could have prevented all of the bad feedback. Good luck and sorry for the bad experience.
 
Two months is a long time for no contact on a deal... YES you made it right, but he isn't the bad guy here saying what happened to him either !!

He did what he felt was right. And as soon as you did ship. He made it clear to all he received the item he bought.... He also said in the transaction you sent a letter in the late stages ..and he was feeling a little better about the deal..

yowow isn't the bad guy here !!! .. Poor communication created this ..... Perhaps a letter sooner would have prevented bad feedback.

How would you have felt if the reverse happened and he didn't ship ????? and no communication from him... Like RLOH said we do not know the particulars, [size=large]It turned out good for all.[/size]
 
I think there is more to the story than we know or care to know. Computer issues is a good excuse for a day or two, but a month or two....... Really? We all know someone who has a computer that he could have used to bring up Findmall or most libraries have computers to use, even smart phones can bring up Findmall to get a message out.

Anyway I'm glad it all worked out for the better and yowow was justified to use the forum as it was intended..... :thumbup:
 
Moose57, i'm gonna say that i truly hate that our transaction went the way it did. But i won't waiver from the fact that i did nothing wrong, and i hope you nothing but the absolute best. Good luck to you sir.
 
Something in the "Excuse" just does not jive. If money had been sent then moose57 had the mailing address. Computer problems would not have prevented him shipping the items that he had sold.
