Hi All,
Went out early this morning due to the heat. Still got to me a bit. Same place as yesterday.
Found 166 coins, 120 were memorials, they were everywhere. It was after a Warp Tour concert so most everything was 2" or less. Found 44 pennies,9 dimes and 1 quarter in one spot about 2 foot square, all on the surface. I think I found the mosh pit. (area where kids smash into each other for fun) Pennies rang up 31-38.
One '64 nickel and one '46 nickel.. Does the '46 count as a war nickel? No mint mark.
Found 1 silver toe ring and 1 pearl earring. One fake one. miniature indian head earring part. What looks like part of a scale. (Drug scale?) Part of a belly ring? Plus a bunch of trash as you can imagine from a concert site.
Be smart out there...take plenty of water!!!
Thanks for looking.

I ll bet you digger was hot after all that use.Sweet stuff

Thanks guys,
GreedyKind...you have no idea how much work my digger went through. So I thought I would post it and let you see. I flat wore it out!!

BEFORE / AFTER

I did a google search and sadly the '46 nickel is not considered a war nickel. Bummer
